Situated in a quiet location in the upmarket resort of Bitez, with
unspoilt panoramic views over Bitez old village, Villa Kaya is a private
residence built to a very high standard, it features all the modern home

The lower ground floor at
pool and garden level comprises of kitchen/dining area, utility room, twin
bedroom and bathroom. The middle floor is a large living area with double patio
doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the pool & garden, and a small
WC. The upper floor has 2 further bedrooms both with small french balconies,
and full bathroom.
If you can tear
yourself away from the your peaceful and luxurious surroundings the resort of
Bitez has plenty to offer, an abundance of watersports, several restaurants and
quiet bars and one of the best kept beaches (1.8 km) on the Bodrum peninsular.
The bustling town of Bodrum (6.5 km) is only a 10 minute easy drive from the
